Because of the bad reviews this apt has received, I was a bit worried about moving here. Now that I've been here for a month I have not experienced any of the problems the other tenants have had. I'm a 21 yr old student in Washington for the summer. First, I have not experienced any problems with noise. I go to sleep at 10 PM and wake up at 5:30 AM for work and there has never been a problem with me getting a good night's rest. Second, parking is not bad if you live in one of the higher up apartments. I'm in G, and there is plenty of parking. Third, we had our fireplace fixed the day after a request, and this was in the summer (when it wasn't critical). In summary, compared to some of the other apartments, it is very clean and great looking. If you're looking for a luxury apartment, then this is not the place for you. There are only a small number of apartments, so that keeps the amount of kids running around down. The pool has two decent grills that we use everyday for dinner. The pool area is nice, but only 5 ft deep. The "workout" room is worthless too. The biggest problem I did have was that the office was almost always unattended during normal business hours, and that was very annoying.
