Offered as an incentive a no prepaid deposit.
No 1st or last mo.
rent.
No cleaning deposit.
Apartment had been left Immaculate, and still
charged $244.00 for general cleaning, I was furious.
Management also caused a last utility bill to be over due, because they didn't cut service on move out date after I submitted the proper notice in advance.
Too many handicap parking spots and no place to park for tennants, was on covered parking waiting list for a year, never was notified of an opening.
Was a clean, quiet tennant, but they still give me a condesending letter saying "Wouldn't you like just one less thing to worry about".
Then tell me that my rent is going up $15.00 to $840.00, if I don't sign another lease it will be an additional $100.00 ($940.00) for month to month rent.
