I lived here from 2003-2004. It started off quiet, but when the warmer weather started, the kids came out. Kids always running loose in the parking-lot with no parents in site. Dog poo seemed to be everywhere because no one seemed to clean up after their dogs. The walls were paper thin and I always heard yelling and smelled smoke and herbs from my downstairs neighbors. My car got broken into and the security gate remote never seemed to work properly, even after I was given a new one. Can't forget about the firetrucks and police going by the place day and night. Also, when I moved out, the management didn't want to give me back my full deposit even after I scrubbed the place down better than it was when I moved in.
