We have lived here for 14 months and have seen 4 sets of management come and go.

I did not realize that we had to sign a lease or pay $100.00 more in rent.

Due to our work schedules we signed another lease and behold we thought it was 3 months and it was a 12month lease! Parking is nasty...you are confined to your home after 5 pm or park on the street unless you have reserved covered parking, however, put yourself on a list for a year for one car before you move in.

The management comes from the IQ pool of dumb and dumber.

Maintence' Whats that' Might as well fix it yourself.

Quite time after 10 pm does not exsist, most people who have garages use them for storage and tie up parking spots the rest of us could use.

The word lease only applies when it comes to the first when rent is due then they want money but the rest of the time break the rules.

I suggest no one rent here.

They might as well turn this into a low income rental getto-those of us who have jobs, work hard, pay our rent on time and obey the rules stated in the lease might as well leave.

This management does not care about the good people in this place they just want a full complex.

lol, your review is amusing. ALL complexes require you to sign a lease. I've never heard of one that hasn't. And as to the $100 more in rent, and it being 12 months instead of 3, that's your own fault for not READING what you're signing. I'm sorry, but if you can't take the time to read the fine print on something you sign, you're kinda screwed. Hate to break it to ya!
