this place is the white young ghetto. its nickname is north ghettos. several tennants sell drugs. the police is always there. every welfare day is chaos. if you don't believe me check with the everett pd. the units are lg but no washer/dryer hookup & the washroom is crachhead heaven. the management changes so often u never know who works there. all section 8 young tennants or bad luck cases are there. no car is safe. the maint is shaddy at best. only good things are that the apts are lg & cheap. no credit checks. you can't expect much. this place is 1/2 better than living in your car.
