North Meadows isn't too bad. I've been here 2 years living in a 1 bedroom. Heres the truth. All the bad things about this apartment are: The parking is horrible especially if you have more than one car. People always park in our parking spot. We've had 2 cars stolen and 1 car broken into and all the stuff stolen in there. Mold growing on the windows and walls, but the maintance is pretty good they put new windows in the week we told them about it. The mold isn't too bad all you have to do is use bleach and water and scrub it off. There are no washer and dryers in the apartment. The laundry facility is horrible. There are a lot of families with probably 7 people living in a damn 2 bedroom and they take up the whole laundry facility and always take long to take their clothes out. If you take too long to take your clothes out people take your clothes out for you and put it on top of the damn dryer!!! The mailbox is not to be trusted. Someone broke into the outgoing and ingoing mail. So never turn in your mail there. I've heard that the 2 bedroom apartments are noisy because of all the families.

The good things about this place is that its cheap. No one has ever broken into our apartment. The staff is good. Gets stuff done and never bullsh*t with us. They're cleaning up this place so its not too bad. Its not too noisy. You'll never find an apartment that is all excellent. This isn't the best apartment in the city, but i think its livable. Yes, I would recommend this place to someone.
