weve lived here since aug of last year...well its been about 7 months all together..and we liked it at first...but now were just sick and tired of it...so much noise,honks,car alarms,people running up and down the stairs. They've been trying to make things look alot better around here ever since we moved in..and yes we do have the mold problem in the dinning room and the bedroom..course i just clean it with bleach about EVERY WEEK>...its horrible...the metal window seals are terrible....the parking is horrible,of course we only have one vehicle and never have had a problem with someone in our spot but when we have friends over theres never a parking spot..too many people in here with more than 2 cars...the staff is great..always wanting to know how things are and what not, never had a problem with maintnence always fixed the problem, but the laundry thing is killing me..we live a good ways from the laundry room and when you go i go early in the morning when no one is up yet b/c i know at a certain time it will be packed out...wish i had a washer and dryer in here.
