Timbrline Court has really cleaned up their apartments. Jack and Tracy work hard are are super nice. Joe the maintenance guy is always friendly and helpful. He works hard at keeping the grounds trash free. In general, Timberline staff is great.Laundry facility is kept clean and in working condition, not so great having to use a facility, but knew that when I moved in. My floor plan is large with vaulted ceilings, no ammenities to speak of and have the older aluminum windows which I need to keep up on the condensation. All in all I've had a good experience. My parking space is free and my pet is welcome with NO monthly pet rent. This place isn't elite but it's a great deal and I feel when I ask for something its taken care of.

we lived there for 10 years and it was horrible the mold the parking the hatred of pets of any kind by the managers and never getting mr. fixit to do his job be cause they are too cheap to have more then on man do all the cleaning and excedera.When I complained about the mold they handed me a rag and a bottle of mold remover!
