When we moved in they were sooooo nice I even got 1 month rent free after we found used heroin needles stashed everywhere even in the freezer the apartment was not cleaned it smelled so bad but I guess they did not want to touch bio hazard material so they left it up to us to clean. then I had put a work order in to have my oven fixed and left town with the promise that it would be fixed I came home the night before thanksgiving and went to bed with the confidence that we had such wonderful management everything was just great and the next morning with 5 people coming over for dinner we tried to turn on the oven and it did not work surprise suprise suprise so we recived another month free. so if you would to live rent free with domestic abuse, drug addicts, bad security, no parking, lord of the flies like children, fights, drunkin bums,maintence that will have your work orders no later than 3 weeks after your lease runs out then move right in you will feel right at home!!!!!
