I have read the other reviews and I don't understand. I have lived here since May 2004 and I have not experienced the problems my neighbors have descirbed. The staff is very friendly and so are the neighbors I have met. I also think the complex is very quiet. Yes I hear my neighbors upstairs but they have a little one so I can understnad that.
I am not sure about the parking problem but I rent a covered spot for only $40 a month. That is not a bad price to know you have a space to park in when getting home from working late.
I would feel comfortable referring my friends and family to live here.
