Well where can I start, besides to say this is the WORST place I have ever lived. I have just read the posted message from the Manager and have done exactly what he/she said by letting them know problems that have been occuring, yet they do nothing. Today, was the strangest occurence, I had a young man with greasy strangles for hair come to my door because he left his coat on my balcony when crawled up on it. He said he lived with my neighbors and was trying to get in their apartment. Wow that makes me feel safe, fortunately I had my door locked. My neighbors have so many different people living with them, I can't even begin to dream who is on lease. I have had to call security so many times I can't count- parties, domestic violence in and outside, screaming and yelling, doors slamming. One morning I woke up to find someone had puked on our floormat, nice to find on the way to work. The dumpster is currently missing, so people are piling their trash where it used to be. You can't sent outgoing mail unless you go in the rental office because too many tried to break into the mail box so it's nonexistent. Parking is HORRIFIC. I went in four times trying to get a covered area so I wouldn't have park on the street but the Management kept telling me that none were available. I finally got a garage, which my car barely fits in and the door sometimes gets stuck. The bedroom faces the parking lot so every night you get to listen to your loud neighbors like your outside standing next to them unless you want to close your windows and suffocate in the summer. There is no AC. Other then that it's grand.
