This is definitely the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. There is no assigned parking and I often have to park way across the complex or across the street and lug groceries, etc. quite a ways while trying to make sure my 5 year old is not hit by one of the idiots who likes to do 40 mph through the parking lot. This is made all the more aggrqavating by the fact that there are more covered parking spots than uncovered but residents are not allowed to use them unless you want to pay another $40 per month. I don't know about you, but I don't feel like I should have to pay just so I can park within 100 yards of my home. This is a fairly large complex yet there is only one entrance in/out, which I, in the Q bldg live right next to. All night long people go in and out with their stereo systems blaring. Maintainance takes their time fixing things and management is impolite and incompetent. The people upstairs from me are ridiculously loud. There are obviously way too many people living there and last night at 11:45 I was still listening to them stomping away on the ceiling which really sucks when you have to get up at five. Management has done absolutely nothing about this. My lease is up next month and I cannot wait to get out of here. I have miserably waited out the past 10 months due to not wanting to break my lease although I almost broke down and just left many times.
