Sure, the managers and leasing people are nice to you when you first get there, but when you sign the contract they turn to complete nightmares. If you need maintenance, for anything, you are better off doing it yourself. The one and only maintenance guy is busy, sitting on his butt. The managers don't care, and don't even apologize that it takes week for simple maintenance tasks to be completed. And their attitudes when you talk to them are horrible.
