It sounds great because they pay your utilities, and have a small deposit but the place has gone to hell.
my apartment was not even cleaned before i move in! i have spoke to other residents and the land lady has tried to sneak extra charges in on many of us! the plumbing is messed up, the grounds are disgusting, the playground in broken and dangerous! YWCA bought the property so i thought they would be improving it, but no, it is worse! it seams they know we are all poor and cant afford to leave! i am on state assistance and when i had an argument with the land lady after she had my car towed from my parking spot - and she told section 8 i had threatened her life, and almost got me kicked off housing.
even if you are desperate, this place is not worth it!
