She's the manager at these apartments, she does nothing when she's the office, maybe one hour a day at most. You can't even pay your rent on time, let alone make a work order for something to be done in your apartments considering somethings falling apart every other day. She's never their and when she is she dosn't even pass the work order along to the maintnence. The grounds are littered with trash, boxes, broken bottles, lots of cigarette butts. The trash compacter we all put are garbage into is so bad it's flowing parking lot we have to park in. I went to tell her that something was wrong with pipes sticking out of the ground, she said something to friends, laughed and walked back into the office, without even answering me!. I've always payed my bills on time and never had any problems with any managers at apartements I've lived in, but this woman is horrible. I've heard heard her yelling at other tenants on the grounds. Sheri (Previous manager) at least carred about what the tenants had to say and listened to complaints without exploding or being snide. That's just the icing on the cake, but it's much worse if you actually live here.

I'm speaking for my myself and many other tenants that i've talked to. RUN!

*They say they have security camera's, which they don't, they were broken a while ago. Now they're taking all our parking spaces away and deciding amongst themselves whats to happen next
