Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006

The best thing about this place is it lets you have bigger dogs. Living near the police station does not make this safer. My car has been broken into 9 times. The owners don't have any dealings and managers come and go. The managers really don't care about the tennants. The elevators are dirty and disgusting. They do not screen the tennants well.
