Parking: You have to pay for a covered spot. There is generally parking available, but it is sometimes hard to find a close spot.

Noise level: There is a lot of kids running around outside and between them and their parent's yelling at them, there is fair amount of noise during the day. There is often cars in the parking lot playing their music too loud at night. Neighbors are sometimes playing loud music also.

Grounds: The only time it is bad is around the dumpsters. They are not kept looking nice.

Safety: I have lived there 8 and a half months and my car has been broken into twice. Cars have been paint balled. The only time I have seen security do anything is when they tried to tow my friends car. Though, I do often see them driving in the parking lot.

Construction: The kitchen sucks. The cabinets are falling apart. The drawers are won't stay straight on their runners. The laundry room door broke. The second bedroom door wouldn't close completely when we moved in. Sliding back door is hard to open and close. Sealant coating on the sink and bathtub has started to peel off multiple times.

Maintenace: Before we moved in, there was a wall that was painted brown that they said they were going to paint. We moved in to the trim painted and a bucket of paint in our living room. It remained that way for a week after various calls and finally putting the bucket outside. Moved in and microwave was dying and they came and took it and threw it in the dumpster and then said they wouldn't give us another one. The emergency maintenace pager number isn't worth anything. One night out washer leaked water all over the floor and we paged it multiple times and no one returned the call and so we ended up cleaning it up and fixing it ourselves. Maintenace never takes care of anything when called right away. Recently changed and seems better though our laundry room door is still broken...though we did get a light bulb changed after only TWO calls.

Office staff: Their communication sucked. They never return phone calls. They always seem surprised that maintenace hasn't done anything. I got locked out once and went to the office to get keys and they didn't have copies of our keys. They burned in a fire like 2 months before that and they claimed they asked for replacement keys but we never heard that. Recently changed management. Doesn't seem to be any better.

Price: Expensive for the quality and for having an income ceiling.
