As there continues to be incident after another that raises serious questions about our community safety. The suicides, drug raids, loud arguments, the cursing heard across the parking lot both night and day makes us uncomfortable.

Recently a significant mold problem was discovered. This black mold is spreading from under the fake wood kitchen floor. After 3 months, the management has not offered a real plan to correct the mold problem.

The unit had been recently remodeled when we moved in. Because the contractors used every short cut in the book, our home is literally falling apart. Defective heating units and poorly installed fixtures, reminds me of a weekend home depot do it yourself project gone bad. One maintainer kid said there was mold for a long time. Many people do not take care of the laminate floors right, and water gets under causing mold.

We have lived here almost two years and work nearby.
