Windstone Apartments:

Income Cap for tenants, rent recently raised from $700 to $815 per month. FOR A ONE BEDROOM.

The courtyard is a swamp, our little dog's tiny paws have to be wiped clean even on the MOST DRY DAYS of the year. Perma-mud. Need I say more'

Jesse and Justin (office staff) are nice folks, while the maintenance staff is a couple of goof-off college rejects who screw around and hardly get anything done. Rude -------.

The pool, which is supposed to be open 7 days a week 10-10, has not been open a single Sunday in over a month. Other residents have complained, I've overheard them discussing it on their balcony.

The neighborhood is notoriously dangerous. The Snohomish County Sheriff's Department is here more nights per week than not. Constant car prowling, vandalism, drug traffic, crack heads, and absolutely no presence from security whatsoever. Car broken into 3 times, the third while it had on "The Club" and absolutely NOTHING of value inside. Car alarms go off all night long. Drunks screaming at their drunk friends. Car accidents IN THE PARKING LOT.

The apartment itself is absolute ----, does have mold (no solutions offered), leaking bathroom fixtures, broken washer, and kitchen floor has underneath the plastic floor, what I lovingly refer to as "the mystery crater." ON THE FIRST FLOOR.

Don't move here, I'm almost out, and STAYING out...

I live here and have had problems but if you tell the maintenance guys they get it fixed right away. It is Everett what do you want the Ritz Carlton. The staff are all cool my car hasn't been messed with and I have a nice car, so your just tripping.

Uh... what are you talking about? I've had a mold problem in my apartment, and they were right on top of everything. Handled it really well. Have you asked for solutions? Have you had Jesse and the maintenance manager (his name is spelled Geoff, I think) come look at the problem? Have them come take a look, and I'm sure they'll let you know what needs to happen for the mold to go away.
