Lived here over a year. They raised the rent of a small 1 bedroom 1 bath to 875! Drug dealers and punk teenagers are loud as hell past midnight and have no problem doing drug deals under your window of your bedroom. Having a gun is a must living in this area, seeing how I have heard many gun shots and had to use my own to keep things from getting out of hand.

If you walk around at night to go to the rest room, you will get a warning from management about noise violations. We have been warned about noise for watching tv at 2:00 pm. Also when they do inspections they knock once quietly then open the door. Luckily I was half awake and saw who it was, because they almost got shot. You never know who it is. Random drug addicts randomly knock on your door. We have had them knock on our door, run away, then get in their car and take off.

The people next door, have meth heads and really young almost children like people coming over...and you can tell what is going on.

I honestly need to leave this place soon as possible before I have to much fun with some wannabee gangsta garbage. Horrible place. Even the landscapers think its funny to blow dirt and garbage directly at your car.

Apartments are small for anyone to live. There are litterally holes in the floor that are covered with new carpet that you will wreck yourself on. Mold is a slight problem. Covered parking is dangerously small and is 40 bucks a month.

All in all; Not many --------, they are across the street. Rent is seriously high. Management does for the most part get things done....well they use to until the new owners took over. Now they just tell you what you wanna hear. There is a not a whole lot of traffic until late at night. Hearing sirens and gun shots is rather normal. If you listen to a police scanner 7 times out of 10 they are being called within a block or 2.

Wow, is it really that bad? I've lived on the West side of Windstone Apartments for 3.5 years now. There used to be (suspected) drug activity in our building when we first got here... but after they moved out, I don't think there has been any since... at least not in our building...
