What A Great Place to live ! ! - I was greeted by a great staff in the office, the manager showed me one of the cleanest apartments I had seen in Federal Way. The rent was fair and no hidden costs! The utilities were included in the rent, a free carport came with the apartment. The grounds were park like with a great community building, pool and spa. The manager and staff take great care in maintaining the grounds ...Full review of Campus Landing Apartments

Great place to live - My wife and I had a good experience here. We had great neighbors and never a problem with management. It's very quiet and the park that is located in the center of the complex was perfect for our kids. The grounds are very well kept and it's close to the freeway. The only negative was that our rent was raised once a year after we became month to month and there was a gutter problem on our ...Full review of Evergreen Vale Townhomes

6 Years and counting... - We've lived here for 6 years and still counting. I haven't liked some of the fee raises, but it's not really that bad in all. They are by no means stellar, but they are inexpensive and generally OK. I have noticed some disparity between different buildings and hallways. Some are "cleaner" smelling than others, which is typical of apartment buildings with interior ...Full review of West Pointe Apartments

Campus View Apartments is a great place to live in Federal Way - I moved to Campus View Apartments after living in North Federal Way in Crestview Apartments. The change was amazing, a four plex instead of a billion neighbors, a much better neighbor to live in, I was scared to walk around my old neighborhood at Crestview. The BPA trail is near Campus View and is a great place for walkers. The staff is so nice and friendly that I felt bad leaving ...Full review of Campus View Apartments

- I agree, to get things fixed after you purchase here is a nightmare! The contractor is rude and doesn't return phone calls. This building is poorly built. You hear every little sound from your neighbors. What makes it worth it to live here? The neighbors, floor plan, and price! I wish you well if you bought here! Maybe the new management company Morris Mgmt. will help!!!!!!!!!! ...Full review of Barclay Ridge Apartments

Great place to live, just difficult access to sidewalk up to stairs - I've lived here since 11/2008 and I love the place, the staff, and the location. The staff has been truly great to work with and maintenance issues are always addressed quickly (within 24 hours). The apartment itself was clean and in great shape, although there were some obvious flaws, like with the mirror in the bathroom having brown streaks in one area. There's plenty ...Full review of Fox Run

Second Guessing - I have lived in one of their one bedroom apartments for 2.5 years now and now I'm beginning to second guess moving after reading reviews for the complex I'm moving into even though I've had some bad experiences here. Rent started out at $545 and I'm only paying $590 now for 600 sq. feet. I've read so many stories about how people have had their rent jump nearly $200 after ...Full review of Maplewood Condominiums Incorporated

Its nice here. - The managers are very helpful, grounds are clean, property is well lit. Seems like the new managers know what they are doing unlike previous managers that have come and gone. The maintenance of the property is great. New lighting on the parking light grounds keep our cars visible during the night. New playground for kids, Pool is indoors so Swimming All Year LONG! ...Full review of Silver Shadows Apartments

Mold, crooked management, ghetto - Bathroom had mold. Fix was to come in and bleach everything, along with drilling hundreds of holes in our roof. Mold came back and they never did fill in those holes. Our apartment was not the only one with mold. It seems at least once a month I'd come home and the place would have 7 or 8 police squad cars around for some reason. Do NOT live here. You will seriously regret it. ...Full review of The Reserve Apartments Homes
