Great place in Federal Way - My husband and I lived here for about three years. The manager (Lydia) is fantastic, the maintenance staff is responsive, the upkeep in and around the place was great. There weren't a lot of noisy neighbors and people tended to be friendly and polite. The annual rent increases were reasonable.
