Strait up, each time new owners came in I felt the place has gone down in quality and now it will be up for sale this summer. I had an average experience in beginning, now very bad one to end. Rent was $520 $22 for water a month for a studio and went up to $640 $22 for water. The only extra the complex has is a tan bed if still there and a weight machine in a small room. Poor parking and garbage issues (One dumpster for approximately 60 to 80 apartments). The apartment is not in the best part of Federal Way in my opinion. I moved to a nicer place, 1 bedroom and pay $100 less than I did here.
