The Arrowwood apartments offer a quite, serene atmosphere, but the management leaves plenty to be desired. There are very reactive, not proactive at all, and often times, it could take up to several weeks to get simple repairs and request taken care of. No washer and dryers in apartments, but the upside is they are very affordable, you get what you paid for. If you want to save money, it's an excellent deal, if you want quality, please go somewhere else.
