Don?t bother documenting things wrong before you move in because they make you pay for them anyways even if it?s written on the lease (walk though). This is the worse case of extortion I?ve ever seen. They throw you into collections the minute you move out, then threaten you over and over.


If you call them they ignore you totally. They want to charge you to update their garbage apartments. The maintance man is a real joke too. so they can cover all of what?s wrong with them so they can rip off people who are dumb enough to buy that garbage. They will find out how after they get ripped off! They keep your deposit no matter how clean it is when you move out and add tons more. Anyone who is dumb enough to buy one I sure feel sorry for you.
