While I am happy living in the new Latitude Community, I am very unhappy with the sales staff and the construction workers. Once you sign the dotted line, they never come back to make repairs, even when documented during your walk through. Overall, the condos are nice (and quiet), but the sales staff forget you once they get the commission.
