This is my home, i have lived here for a while now as a renter and i bought. they went in gutted out an apartment and remodeled it to a beautiful new unit with crown molding and wood like floors and slate stone. I really like the staff to both Sales and the leasing side they are all really helpful and fun to work with. they are phasing out the rentals because they are selling so fast i got a great price and didnt even think i could buy one. the ZERO down ROCKS!!! I have met some of the other people here and everyone is really nice. If you are a good person and want to live in a planed community check it out. YOU EVEN GET A GARAGE!
