I agree, to get things fixed after you purchase here is a nightmare! The contractor is rude and doesn't return phone calls. This building is poorly built. You hear every little sound from your neighbors. What makes it worth it to live here' The neighbors, floor plan, and price! I wish you well if you bought here! Maybe the new management company Morris Mgmt. will help!!!!!!!!!!
