I lived here for a few years and enjoyed it! the building is accessed only by intercom system so it made me feel very secure! The management was really great and friendly, and the owner is around alot to make sure his building is taken care of properly (an average kind of guy!!)The only reason I moved was loss of job. For the price in Federal Way- you really cant beat it.
P.S. I'm not sure what the other review was talking about, I got back the majority of my deposit!!(I wonder how they left there apartment')
