- There is NO cell phone reception. If you do manage to get a signal it will be dropped. I currently have Sprint and Cingular.

- Not enough open parking. (Large SUVs will not fit into a parking spot and not hit or get their car hit by neighboring car doors.

- The halls smell like cigarette smoke and rotting garbage. There is no ventilation for the stale air.

- The walls are so thin that noise pollution is a ramped problem.

- Anyone making noise the atrium/pool area will reverberate throughout half the building. I don't want to imagine what it will be like this summer when there are kids screaming all day long.

- The front doors to the units are so heavy that when they are allowed to close by themselves you can hear it 3 units down.

- My unit was poorly cleaned (if at all) before I moved into it.

- The intercom system is useless. I don't know who it thinks its going to stop.

- I have never had my car broken into like the other reviewers have stated but I have seen a lot of other cars vandalized and broken into.

- I have only been here a few months and they are on their 3rd manager.

- I was told by management that they do background checks on all residences to filter out felons and criminals. I'm not sure how they do that from a credit check report''

- The managers are always out on LONG lunches.

- The managers are NO help with anything. If I want BS from managers I'll just go to work.

- I do NOT feel safe here. I carry pepper spray just to get to my car!

- The place is falling apart!!

I'm moving out AS SOON as my lease is up!

I agree with this posting. The hallways always reak like garbage or ciggarettes. There is NO parking available and people park horible here and end up hitting your car with their doors. Plus there are too many noisy pesky kids that are not controlled by their parents. Running around in the hallways and slamming doors constantly. It's not worth the price so save yourself the headache and don't move here.
