I lived at Bayview for almost two years. The Management was always real nice, and I think that the owner was even here alot making sure things were taken care of. I am not sure why other people seem to think that it wasn't worth it, maybe they just have unreasonable expectations! The rent was a GREAT price, and I received a GREAT value for the price. I did see a few cars broken into, but that is everywhere in todays world. Anytime anything was wrong in my apartment they took care of it right away. Sorry if this goes against some others opinions, but it is the truth from someone who understands that you can only expect so much from apartment living, and this place lives up to their promises.
