I lived in a one bedroom with my parents (because rent was so redicluous and we didn't want to break our lease with them). We lived on the first floor, on the side of the building facing 1st ave. My car got broken into TWICE, once on my Escort, the doors were jimmied and all my things taken. The second on my Nissan, window busted out and everything taken. I had a neighbors daughter come to my door SEVERAL times asking for a ride, crying and OBVIOUSLY on drugs, and would harrass me all the time. Complaining to managers does NOTHING. The 2 bedroom we moved into upstairs was in an OK condition, I enjoyed living in that one. But the one bedroom we finally lived in was disgusting. The walls obviously were not washed, there were stains from animals (which apparently were not allowed in the building) all over the carpet, the lenolium in the bathroom was rotting and peeling, and on top of that, the "yard" (since we lived on the outside of the building, closest to the door) would ALWAYS flood when it rained, and the water would seep into the apartment. Not to mention the pest problem we had with spiders, ants and on occasion mice. The place is disgusting and in the 1-2 years we lived there we experienced managment from 3 different people. It's a horrible place to live and deffinetly not worth the money.
