I lived there about a year and a half. The manager was wonderful. The apartments are very expensive and definitely not worth the money. The hallways always smelled really bad and you could smell it in your apartment. If someone was doing drugs you could smell it, if someone was cooking you could smell it. If someone did not take there trash out you could smell it. You could smell everything. The walls are very thin you can hear everything I mean everything your neighbors are doing. If you live on the inside of the apartment that faces the atrium you can hear everything. It all echos when your neighbors are on there decks, or if they are playing music. I hope you like all types of music you will get use to it. The apartment is secure which is wonderful, but the parking lot is terrible. Cars always getting broken into which is federal way, not necessarily apartments fault. One time I droped a movie walking into my apartment, notice I droped it about 5 mins later went to find it and it was gone, someone had picked it up. I had a lot of gnats flying around my house. My washer and dryer always broke down. When I first moved into the aprtments they seemed to be ok as far as neighbors then I seemed to notice a lot of people on drugs around. The people that were there for years were starting to move out and druggies were starting to move in. I am a single mom andI did not feel safe at all with the neighbors I had. The play area they have is a log with a bar on it. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Unless you are the type that is wanting drugs and need an apartment to get into with a bad background. If you have a family please do not be fooled.
