I will be moving out of Bayview when my lease is up. I've lived here for a few years, the pool has never been heated, this year it was fixed and usable for one day then went cold again, even though the manager said it would be fixed by a certain day, it never was. The hot tub has been barely working, it has been luke warm, not hot enough as it should be. These have not worked in at least five years.

A playground was totally ripped out by the new management and nothing has been put in it's place, which is right next to the pools.

Even though there is new paint and carpeting and a few cameras, this area still isn't secure. When you walk down the hallways you can hear every word the residents are speaking inside their apartments, with their door closed. The lack of insulation not only causes a severe lack of privacy (for the extremely high rent prices) but causes much higher heating bills, and on top of everything they also charge residents for water/sewer/garbage which usually is close to $30.00 a month on top of the rent costs.

There has been a lot of discrimination against the disabled residents here, and those on Section 8. That is why the rents are going sky high in spite of this old, delapetated building that has a lot of upper floor areas rotting and soft in some of the hallways and laundry rooms - that are a joke. Parking close to the building and in disabled parking spots is extremely limited and full most of the time. Although you get a free covered parking space, it is usually a distance from the building making it difficult to unload groceries and such and bring them into your apartment.

Although there used to be seating inside the lobby area near the office, it was removed and never replaced for disabled and other people. Instead, a hard wooden bench was placed outside under the awning, when it rains the bench still gets wet, when it is extremely hot or too cold you must sit outside to wait for rides and/or to sit and rest before going in to your apartment. Real caring managers, huh''

The managers are sweet and nice to your face but lie and cheat behind your back.

When you have a piece of crap for an appliance only cheap and shoddy repairs are done, rarely does anything ever get replaced. Even when the refrigerator has broken seals and the freezer doesn't work right and either freezes the food in the fridge or doesn't freeze enough. And you want to pay over $900.00 a month for a place here'' It took over three months to get a shelf for a cupboard, the countertops coming loose still hasn't been fixed in over a year, the peeling linoleum is ignored totally.

Outside fencing is falling apart and rotting and looking terrible.
