True story- Brightwater has paid covered parking available to tenants. Late last night (June 20, 2009), Betty, had a tenant who pays for their covered spot van towed!! Yes, it was parked in the spot they pay for!! It was very sad to watch the tenants plead to Betty and Skyway towing, explaining that they pay for the parking spot every month, and being told there is nothing they can do unless they come up with $240 cash within a few minutes. Betty's attack come with little warning, she placed a sticker on the window of their van, and immediately called the towing company. I asked Betty why she was doing this. Her reply was that there was a warning (see last sentence) and that her boss is getting on her for not towing cars (Marie is that you'). How did this all end' They came up with the $240 plus tax, and were forced to park somewhere else. This is gross misconduct on Betty's part and she needs to be fired for this. Betty if you read this, I talked to the 5 policemen and 2 Skyway towing workers last night. They all (as in 100% of them) agreed that what you did was unnecessary, cold hearted, and wrong. You are trying to make yourself look good in your bosses eyes at the expense of other, and at the expense of Brightwater's integrity. If you don't get fired for this, you should resign. As for the apartments, see the other comments, they are accurate. You should also know that once your lease expires, your rent will increase every 6 months like clock work. Also, the gym is forever broken, and pool has odd hours, and you do not feel welcome to use it. DO NOT RENT HERE, EVER!!!

Yep you are wright about things going on at Brightwater apt.....the management and the higher bosess don't care about the residents at this place ..they only want your MONEY every month for rent or for other things like "parking ,sewer!"..etc . Brightwater apt. has a secret contract with SKYLINE to tow your cars and the mangement get pay a percent from the towing bill...so watch out for this tricks of trade. every thing at brightwatert apt "looks legal"but in reality isn't legal!.. good luck!
