We have lived for over three years in these
condos. The maintainence service has
deteriorated to an absymal level. The crime
has gone up. One of our neighbours started
a small car-repair shop in the parking lot.
These beer guzzeling guys worked during
night hours with their car stereo blaring.
I have seen more than one resident wearing
the parolee-tracking anklet. All in all
we started out with a very decent family
oriented complex which has become a ghetto.

The management has been changed and the new
employees are extremely rude and
unprofessional.They simply refused to give
out references that I needed for an
application for a different apartment.

BTW the tanents have to pay for water and
garbage every month which is around $40.00
so add that to your monthly rent before
planning a move in.
