There are loud, unruly children playing in the parking lot unsupervised and if you call the office for help they tell you they are not babysitters. My car window was smashed and my stereo stolen 2 months after moving in and my hood is now dented and it appears that someone fell on it, probably one of the many children falling onto it while running wild. There also tends to be lots of bass from cars late at night. Maintenance takes weeks, if they come at all. The office staff is unresponsive and not particularly nice.
