The new maintenance team sucks!!!!!!!

We recently got new maintenance men and they do not have a clue what they are doing. I had a running toilet in my townhome, the first maintenance guy couldn't fix it, so their "new & great" maintenance supervisorcame by to fix it and that same night it got louder and kept me up!! So finally I fixed it myself! Me, a 42 yr. old woman fixed what a 30 something year old "Maintenance Supervisor" couldn't! Way to go new maintenance team!!!!!!
