I moved from Puyallup in a very close nit community. I had my reservations about moving to a more populated area and the influences my children would be surrounded with. My first experience was with the office staff. What wonderful people who are always smiling and have awesome follow through. Maintance: My refrig and dishwasher have some minor problems but management and maintance are hard at correcting the problem. The people in the complex are wonderful and very friendly. Granted it is sometimes loud but you should expect that when you live a large community and in close proximity to other families. I would refer people to this complex. I did alot of research in the Federal Way area and I would rate my experience to date at this complex as excellent. For those people who complain about there problems MOVE. Find something more constructive to do with your time than to find things to complain about.

Very funny. I wish I had talked to you before writing my opinion. GETTO , GETTO, GETTO --- the police are even scared to come into the complex. The police are intimidated by the teens/gang members that run the complex. Kids have sex in the play area's in the complex, drinking and drug usage outside in front of the units by adults and kids. Cars stolen, vandalized, and you could not keep anything outside without chaining it down. In my time living at the complex in incountered idenity theft rings, drug dealings, protitution and lack of respect for people. Campus Grove was like living on the Hill Top back in the days. If you are a person who likes drugs, drinking, sex and management that doesn't care how you treat your home or other people this is the place for you. I was told that the owner is an elderly lady who's family had her found incompetent. Her children did not want to invest the time nor the money into the community. If you like to take the chance to have your kids play on the grounds and find condoms to use as balloons, needles to use for art projects and liquer bottles/beer cans to make windchimes this is up your ally. I thank GOD daily for allowing me to get away from that enviroment.
