Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Looked nice at first... after a few months;
-loud neighbors
-unruly kids at all hours in the streets
-overflowing dumpsters
-neighbors being arrested
-section 8 alllll over in here
-dead lawns
-weeds taking over gutters
-no parking
-high crime
-horrible play areas
Really check into the complex before you sign a lease... drive through at night and see how 'quiet' it really is!
