I have lived here for 3 yrs and have had a lot of problems with neighbors. This is also the 3rd set of management personal since I have been here. This new manager seems to be genuinly concerned with what happens at this property. We still have a lot of problems with the loud neighbors and are in fact moving to a different apartment. I think with all the section 8 residents they need to be more on top of screening since aparently a lot of these people don't have jobs and will be up all night! The ameneties could use a little improvement, hot tub never works & pool filthy..
