I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of moving here that they try to find another place. The only good thing about this place is the size of the Apartments. Everything else about Campus Grove is bad. They do not have enough dumpsters so the trash piles up and smells. They do not maintain the grounds. There is always little pieces of litter everywhere. Most of the tenants and the management have no comman decency. They are rude and have no respect for you or your personal property. The Management does not enforce thier own rules making it an unsafe place. They do not tow broken down cars in a timely manner ect.. Also most of the kids here are little terrors. I have two children myself so I am not being biased. I don't let my kids play outside except on the patio as it is unsafe and I think it would be disruptive to the other tenants. As for the other kids, they play outside in the street and love to throw rocks and baseballs at the buildings and at the cars parked out front. They have no respect for other peoples property. Sorry for the long rant but As you can tell I really don't like this palce. I am a good tenant and feel very underapperciated for following the rules while others don't have to. In conclusion we will be moving as soon as possible. Run as far as you can.
