A Really Bad Place to Live

This place really sucks!!!!!!!!....Even with the new mangement.Things are not getting done.There is no place for the kids to play..except out in the road and they took out the basketball court and the play grounds.And their is gang active and drug deal in the complex and the mangement knows this.And seems not to care.I would not recemend this place to no one.and also... lets not forget auto thieft.

I agree. I lived in Campus Grove for 3 years. The first year I lived on the opposite side of the complex and there they had identy rings, a felon that was on America's most Wanted, and prostitution. We then moved onto the other side of the complex (by the office) The gangs, drugs, drinking, shootings and breakin's made life horrible. Our son's went to a 5 yr old birthday party. The parents started fighting over a toy whistle that was in a gift bag. One parent went to the other parents home, broke the windows, kicked in the door and pulled a gun and shot it into the front door. My son was approx 3 feet from the person who shot the gun. Kids were having sex in the playground areas and would walk around drinking all day. The police would come but would not do anything. If they arrested any of the kids they would take them across the street and drop them off at Fred Myers. There were so many mom's that didn't work and would get drunk and stand outside all day cursing and beating there kids. On Sunday's they had a white church bus that would take kids to church so the parents could recover from partying the night before. This is the worst place to live. We moved out of Federal Way because it is not a safe community and the police and residents don't work together to rid the gangs activity. DO NOT MOVE IN CAMPUS GROVE. Of course if you sell dope and drink all day this would be your style.
