DONT RENT HERE. I didn t think the reviews were accurate but they are! The office manager was incredibly rude to my wife. We chose the un renovated units to save money. When i went to complain the head manager Bergie ( don t know how to spell her name) was glad to help us until she realized that we were in the old units then gave me an attitude like i owed her something and were still a week later waiting on someone to come fix our problems..

Also we were told how they were cleaning up the tenants and renting and making the requirements more strict.. well the crack head looking ppl that have been moving into the empty units beg to differ.

Campus Grove.. STOP LIENG TO YOUR RESIDENTS AND KEEP YOUR WORD...

Give it time....After your there for a while...They will start slowing down because they don,t have enough maintains guys to keep up with the work orders or they will lose it(even if they use computer)...these townhomes are really rundown. The only thing they are doing is bringing them to standerd and jacking up the prices...not to mention the gangs that live there and the drug dealers. All i could say is GOOD LUCK

If you got a job that makes money and moved in to the updates apt's you would see no crack heads. However you don't need to worry crack heads and people like you are being kicked out.

People like me? I've been here less than a month.. Id like to bet my Un renovated apartment now looks better than the new ones as I looked at those and the options that were available to me by renting the un renovated ones was well worth the $$ difference. All of my appliances are the same as the new ones. We had every interior wall painted and I had different floors put in.. .. Oh and a job that makes money? Wouldn???t you like to know.. I'm renting this place to be closer to work. I own a house that I rent out so I guess as a Landlord myself I expected better. Don???t got jumping to conclusions. About a persons income you would hate to look foolish and prove my point.. oh wait.. To late.
