I was greeted by a great staff in the office, the manager showed me one of the cleanest apartments I had seen in Federal Way. The rent was fair and no hidden costs! The utilities were included in the rent, a free carport came with the apartment. The grounds were park like with a great community building, pool and spa. The manager and staff take great care in maintaining the grounds & buildings, and its very quiet. Gary the manager is a no-nonsense manager, he is fair but will not tolerate noisy residents that bother others. I highly recommend this place. I have referred it to friends and co-workers as a great place to live.
