I am a long time resident of over 12 years and I have seen it all. Campus View is definitely the only apartment complex in Federal Way worth living in. I was here during exterior painting and yes it wasn't perfect, but you try and manage a project that size with a bunch of whining, needy adults that obviously don't know how to follow simple instructions. Through a change of maintenance staff and the occassional office staff Targ Real Estate Services has always treated me and my guests with the utmost professionalism. I have reccommended many of my close friends to move here, who have and will continue to do so.
