The un-remodeled buildings have flat shake roofs and leek through the roof into all units.

Tennants' cars get broken into or vandalized about 5 times per year, but that could be Federal Way apartment dwelling in general. I have seen it TWICE where every car in the lot was broken into/open in the a.m. Her relatives and boyfriend will NEVER park their car there over night or let her borrow it!

Yes, the Manager and the Maintenance guy are GREAT, but the owners are slum lords in my opinion. Go to Campus Green.
