We have lived here 12 years, and plan on living here a couple more years. The grounds are kept quite clean, the office staff are easy to deal with and they act fast when you have a problem or a concern. The parking is a bit slim and you do have to park behind eachother when you have 2 vehicles, that can be annoying. We complained about an excessively noisy neighbor, and the next day we saw a write up on their door with a written notice to keep the noise levels down, the office acted fast and respectfully. We have enjoyed our years here.
