I've lived at Campus View Apartments for over a year and a half now, and can say that I've never had a problem with either the staff, maintenance, the building "falling apart", or infestations from previous tenants. The grounds are well lit during the dark hours, and the grounds are also well maintained. The only time I personally have needed maintenance was right after I moved in, and they were quick to address the few minor problems I had. My building is quiet, and I do not hear any of the neighbors. My only complaint was with a few neighbors (who have since moved out, thank God!) who were irresponsible - leaving trash outside their door for squirrels & other critters to scatter around, making excessive noise during the late night hours (partying or fighting). My current neighbors are friendly & courteous. It's the renters who cause the problems - not the staff or the buildings. Although the buildings are a bit older than some other properties around town, they are well cared for. I have already recommended this complex to other people (including former neighbors from another apartment complex).
