I moved out in spring 2007, but I enjoyed living there. maybe I was just lucky but I had quiet, considerate neighbors, no break-ins of my car, no theft at all, no problems with the unit, I felt fortunate during the heat of summer 2006 because with the trees and landscaping providing shade my apartment remained cool even in 100 degree weather. I would recommend it to most anyone and if I ever need to move back to west side of the state I would certainly check if they had anything avaiable before going anywhere else.
